The modules can be used on their own. Shared sign-in and access management form the foundation of SuliFlow as I continue building the connections between systems. The goal is less duplicate entry and a more connected working day.

01 / TASK INTAKE

It all starts with a task.

Task calendar collects the name, phone number and task type in a calendar task with standardised text. Colour categories can mark completed and invoiced cases. Connection to case management is planned.

The calendar task is the starting point. Connection to case management is the next planned step.

The goal: automation with human oversight. Staff will review, correct and approve the invoice basis before the planned automated workflow continues.

Room for other systems.

APIs make it possible to connect the apps to external tools. The connections can be built around the workplace's needs.

API

The workflow I am building towards: task → assessment of furniture and volume → pricing and quotation → execution and logistics → invoice basis → human review and approval. The calendar's connection to case management and the volume calculator's automatic quotes using origin and destination cities are planned. POD is under development, and its connection to time registration is disabled. Case management, invoicing and finance are under development and not yet in production; automatic pricing and invoicing are planned. The goal is for staff to review, correct and approve the invoice basis before automatic further processing.
